First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding simple balloon breathing exercises to core stability training can help professional football players improve their balance, jumping ability, and core endurance. About 68 male players aged 18-35 will be split into two groups: one does core training plus balloon breathing, the other does core training alone. Both groups train three times a week for eight weeks, and their progress is tracked over three months.
