New study: core workouts may boost bladder control

Summary

This study tests whether adding core muscle exercises to standard pelvic floor therapy works better for urinary incontinence. Fifty adults with stress or mixed incontinence will do a 12-week program. Researchers will measure changes in leakage, muscle function, and quality of life.
