NCT ID NCT07332390

First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—moderate-load eccentric core exercises and Pilates—to see which better reduces pain, improves movement, and builds core endurance in people with long-term non-specific low back pain. About 44 adults aged 18 to 45 with pain lasting over 3 months will take part in an 8-week supervised program. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage this common condition and prevent it from coming back.
