First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how different core exercises affect serve and spike speed in elite young male volleyball players aged 11-14. Thirty-one players did either static (holding positions) or dynamic (moving) core exercises for six weeks. The goal was to see which type improves ball speed more, helping coaches design better training programs.
