Summary

This study is testing whether adding core strengthening exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with jaw joint pain. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving standard therapy plus core exercises, and another receiving standard therapy alone. The goal is to see if the extra exercises reduce pain and improve jaw function and quality of life.
