Could a stronger core ease your jaw pain?

NCT ID NCT07226505

Summary

This study is testing whether adding core strengthening exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with jaw joint pain and dysfunction. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving standard therapy plus core exercises, and another receiving standard therapy alone. The goal is to see if the extra exercises lead to better pain relief, improved jaw function, and a better quality of life.
