First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing core (trunk) exercises can help men aged 20-50 recover better from serious hand injuries. 51 participants will either do standard hand rehab alone, or add core exercises (supervised or via video) for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure hand function, grip strength, and emotional well-being to see if a stronger core leads to better outcomes.
