Summary
This study looks at whether adding core stabilization exercises to standard hand rehab can improve hand function and emotional well-being in men with traumatic hand injuries. Fifty-one men aged 20 to 50 will be split into three groups: standard rehab alone, standard rehab plus supervised core exercises, or standard rehab plus home core exercises using videos. Researchers will measure hand function, emotional state, and core stability before and after six weeks of treatment.
