Cord blood trial aims to beat long COVID fatigue

Summary
This study tests whether an infusion of human umbilical cord blood, called REGENECYTE, can reduce fatigue in adults with Long COVID. About 60 participants will receive either the infusion or a placebo. The goal is to see if this treatment can ease one of the most common and disabling symptoms of post-COVID condition.
