Cord blood trial aims to beat long COVID fatigue

Summary
This phase 3 study tests if an infusion of human umbilical cord blood (REGENECYTE) can reduce fatigue in people with Long COVID. About 60 adults with post-COVID condition will receive either the cord blood infusion or a placebo. The main goal is to see if fatigue improves, while also checking for side effects.
