Cord blood trial aims to beat long COVID fatigue

Summary
This study tests if an infusion of human umbilical cord blood, called REGENECYTE, can reduce fatigue in people with Long COVID. About 60 adults will receive either the cord blood infusion or a placebo. The goal is to see if this treatment eases one of the most common and disabling symptoms of post-COVID condition.
