Summary
This early-stage study tests a special cord blood product (CFL001) in 9 adults with sacroiliac joint pain. The main goal is to see if it is safe and to get an early look at whether it can reduce pain and improve daily function. Participants receive a single injection and are monitored for side effects and changes in pain levels.
