Mind-Body combo: can coping skills boost biologic treatment in Crohn's?
NCT ID NCT06512597
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a coping skills program to standard biologic medication helps people with early Crohn's disease (diagnosed less than 5 years) feel better emotionally and achieve remission. About 170 adults with active Crohn's will be randomly assigned to receive either the coping training or a placebo version, alongside their biologic. The goal is to see if this combination improves both mental well-being and physical healing over 12 months.
