Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental injection called JKN2401 can help people with moderate-to-severe COPD. Researchers want to see if it reduces the frequency of serious breathing flare-ups compared to a placebo. About 888 participants will receive either the actual injection or a dummy injection while continuing their standard COPD medications.
