Summary
This completed study compared two existing mucus-thinning medications (Taneasy and Fluimucil granules) for people with COPD. Forty-five participants took one of the treatments twice daily for 14 days. Researchers measured safety and how well the treatments helped with symptoms like cough and phlegm.
