Summary
This study compared two existing mucus-thinning medications (Taneasy and Fluimucil) taken twice daily for two weeks in people with COPD. It aimed to see which was safer and more effective at easing symptoms like cough and phlegm. The trial involved 45 adults who had difficulty clearing mucus from their lungs.
