Can a buddy or a story get COPD patients to rehab?

Summary
This study aims to help people with COPD (a serious lung disease) start and continue their recommended pulmonary rehabilitation after a health crisis. Researchers are testing if watching videos of other patients' success stories or getting phone support from a trained peer who has been through rehab makes people more likely to attend. They will compare these two approaches to standard care in about 305 participants.
