NCT ID NCT07394712

First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether a supervised program with exercise sessions twice a week and monthly education on sleep, diet, and quitting smoking can help people with COPD maintain the gains from an initial 8-week pulmonary rehab. About 86 adults aged 40 to 75 with moderate to severe COPD will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves breathing and quality of life over 12 months compared to standard care.
