New hope for housebound COPD patients: rehab comes home

NCT ID NCT05664945

Summary

This study is testing two new ways to deliver pulmonary rehabilitation to people with moderate to severe COPD who cannot attend traditional hospital-based programs. It compares home-based rehab and video-guided tele-rehab against usual medical care to see if they better relieve breathing symptoms and improve physical ability. The goal is to make this essential therapy accessible to more patients.
