Summary
This study tested a new inhaled drug combination (ensifentrine and glycopyrrolate) in 33 adults with COPD. The goal was to see how the drug moves through the body, how well it helps breathing, and if it is safe. Participants received single doses of the combination and each drug alone to compare effects.
