Summary

This study tested a new inhaled drug combination (ensifentrine plus glycopyrrolate) in 33 adults with COPD. The goal was to see how the drug moves through the body, how well it opens airways, and if it is safe. Participants received single doses of the combination and each drug alone, and their breathing and side effects were monitored.
