First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study compares three different dual bronchodilator inhalers (Anoro, Ultibro, Spiolto) against a single bronchodilator (Spiriva) in people with COPD. The goal is to see which treatment best improves exercise endurance and quality of life. About 100 adults with stable COPD will try each treatment for 28 days, with a week off between each. The results may help doctors choose the most effective and cost-efficient therapy.
