First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study compares three different dual bronchodilator inhalers (Anoro, Ultibro, Spiolto) against a single-drug inhaler (Spiriva) in 100 adults with stable COPD. The goal is to see which treatment best improves exercise endurance on a stationary bike. Each participant will try all four treatments for 28 days each, with a week off in between. Results may help doctors choose the most effective and cost-efficient therapy for COPD.
