Hidden COPD uncovered in routine lung cancer scans

Summary
This study looks at whether CT scans done for lung cancer screening can also help find COPD, a lung disease, in current and former smokers aged 50-80. About 200 participants will have their scans checked and may take a breathing test. The goal is to learn how to spot COPD earlier using existing scans.
