Summary
This study looks at whether people with COPD have less blood in their lungs and body compared to healthy people of the same age, sex, and height. Researchers will measure blood volumes in 16 COPD patients and 16 healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand why exercise is so difficult for COPD patients.
