New drug duo offers hope for Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, copanlisib and venetoclax, in about 48 adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs shrink tumors. Participants must have already tried certain advanced therapies or be unable to receive them.
