Summary
This early-phase trial is testing a combination of three drugs (copanlisib, olaparib, and durvalumab) in 39 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs work together. Participants must have specific gene mutations linked to DNA repair or cell growth.
