First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-phase study tested whether adding copanlisib to the immunotherapy durvalumab is safe and can help overcome resistance in people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Eleven participants who had already received chemotherapy and radiation took part. The main goal was to check for side effects and see if the combination improves tumor response.
