Summary

This early-phase study tested whether adding copanlisib to the immunotherapy durvalumab could help patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Eleven patients who had already received chemotherapy and radiation took part. The main goal was to check safety and find the right dose, with early signs of how well the combination works against the cancer.
