First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a combination of two drugs, copanlisib and venetoclax, in adults with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or no longer responds to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs work together to shrink or control the cancer. Only 8 participants are enrolled, so results are very preliminary.
