Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (Copanlisib and Rituximab) for people with marginal zone lymphoma, a slow-growing blood cancer. The goal is to see if this chemotherapy-free approach can shrink tumors as well as standard chemo but with fewer side effects. The trial includes 36 adults with newly diagnosed or relapsed lymphoma who need treatment.
