Summary
This study tests a coordinated care program for men with alcohol problems in primary care clinics in Goa, India. About 1,022 men will receive either the program or usual care. The program uses mobile messages, counseling, or home detox and therapy, depending on drinking severity, to help reduce alcohol use and related harms.
