Summary
This trial tests a coordinated care program called CCAP for men with alcohol problems in primary care centers in Goa, India. The program includes mobile messages for mild cases, counseling for moderate cases, and home detoxification for severe cases. Over 1,000 participants will be randomly assigned to CCAP or usual care, and researchers will measure drinking patterns and related harms over 12 months.
