Summary
This small pilot study tested whether cooling the skin with a device can safely reduce sebum (oil) production in 11 young men with acne. The treatment lowered oil production by about 30% two weeks after a single session, with no unexpected side effects. The goal was to see if this approach is feasible for treating acne.
