Coaching lowers blood pressure in kidney patients

Summary
This study tested whether an educational worksheet plus health coaching could help people with chronic kidney disease improve their blood pressure. 320 adults with moderate to severe kidney disease and uncontrolled high blood pressure took part. The goal was to see if the coaching group had better blood pressure control after 12 months compared to those who did not receive coaching.
