Summary
This study tested a new anal insert (called Navina) to see if it improves quality of life and is cost-effective for people with faecal incontinence (accidental bowel leakage). 73 adults with this condition took part. The main goal was to see if the device reduced the severity of leakage episodes compared to usual care.
