First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether advanced brain imaging can help doctors fine-tune deep brain stimulation (DBS) for Parkinson's patients who already have DBS implants. The goal is to better control tremors while avoiding unwanted movements (dyskinesia). About 20 adults with Parkinson's and at least mild tremor will wear an iPhone to track their symptoms during the study.
