Summary
This study tests a digital platform called ConnectedNest that helps cancer patients find and connect with community services for needs like housing, food, and financial help. About 400 adults with cancer from Minnesota clinics will use the platform for 90 days. The goal is to see if it reduces their social needs and distress.
