Phone-Based therapy aims to beat senior loneliness crisis

Summary
This study tests a group mental health program delivered by phone or video for adults 55 and older who feel lonely, isolated, or have anxiety or depression. About 128 participants across four Canadian provinces will either join the program or continue their usual community activities. The goal is to see if the program improves emotional flexibility and reduces loneliness and mood symptoms.
