NCT ID NCT07039708
Summary
This study is testing a new computer-based training program designed to help older adults manage memory changes. It aims to see if practicing memory strategies on a computer can help people with normal aging, memory complaints, or mild cognitive impairment perform daily tasks more easily. The program is being piloted with 60 participants in Hong Kong to check if it's practical and helpful.
