Summary
This study tests a new drug called pegcetacoplan combined with standard chemotherapy (mFOLFIRINOX) in people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer better, while also reducing dangerous blood clots that often occur in this disease. About 35 adults with metastatic pancreatic cancer will take part.
