This study looks at 22 children with congenital heart disease who are receiving a blood thinner called heparin through a central line. Researchers want to find out which method of drawing blood from that line gives the most accurate measurement of heparin levels. The goal is to improve monitoring and lower the risk of dangerous bleeding or clots.
