Summary
This study tests a new therapy program called PSYCHOPATHY.COMP for male prison inmates with psychopathy. The program uses 20 weekly sessions focused on building compassion and emotional control. Researchers will compare it to usual prison support to see if it reduces psychopathic traits and improves behavior. The trial involves 200 Portuguese-speaking inmates aged 19-30.
