Summary
This study tests a new therapy program called PSYCHOPATHY.COMP for male prison inmates with psychopathy. The goal is to see if 20 weeks of compassion-focused sessions can reduce psychopathic traits and improve emotional control. Researchers will compare the therapy to usual prison support in 200 Portuguese-speaking inmates aged 19-30.
