Summary

This study will test a training program designed to increase compassion in nurses. The training is based on Watson's Human Caring Model and uses videos and case studies. Sixty nurses will take part, and researchers will measure changes in their compassion levels and caring behaviors. The goal is to see if this type of training can help nurses provide more compassionate care.
