Summary
This study compares a new once-weekly injection (GZR102) with a bi-weekly one (GZR18) in 90 adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled on current GLP-1 medications. The goal is to see which schedule works better for lowering blood sugar and weight, while checking for side effects. Participants will take the study drug for several weeks and continue their usual diabetes care.
