Summary
This study compared two surgical techniques for treating pelvic organ prolapse (when organs like the uterus drop into the vagina). 76 women received either sacrospinous ligament fixation or ischial spine fascia fixation. The goal was to see which surgery better restores normal anatomy and improves quality of life, including sexual function.
