Heart valve showdown: which replacement device works better?
NCT ID NCT07506382
Summary
This study compares two different types of replacement heart valves used in a common minimally invasive procedure called TAVR. Researchers will follow 419 patients to see which valve design leads to better procedural success and patient outcomes at 1 and 6 months. The study is observational, meaning doctors will use the valves as they normally would in practice and track the results.
