First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests two different oral forms of the drug AZD2281 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to see how well the body absorbs each form, not to cure the cancer. About 197 participants will receive both forms in a random order to compare their effects.
