First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a new device that cuts and removes large tissue through small incisions after laparoscopic hysterectomy, comparing it to the usual scalpel method. About 84 women with a uterus weighing 500 grams or more will take part. The goal is to see if the new tool shortens surgery time and reduces risks like tissue spreading.
