This study looks at 5000 heart attack patients who had a procedure to open blocked arteries and are taking two blood thinners. It compares giving everyone a strong stomach acid blocker versus using a standard approach to prevent stomach bleeding. The goal is to see which strategy reduces serious complications like death, another heart attack, stroke, or major bleeding.
